Salon Policy

Appointments

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow us the necessary time to complete your full service.  We recommend that you book your next appointment upon checking out to ensure that you can get your desired date and time for your next service(s). If you are running late, please call us to make sure we can still accommodate your appointment.

Cancellations

Salon Kelektiv is committed to providing all our clients with exceptional service.  When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.  Please call us by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes you might need to make to your appointment.  To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please call the salon by 2:00 p.m. on the Saturday prior.  If advance notification is not received by 2:00 p.m. the day prior to your appointment you may be subject to a cancelation fee in the amount of 50% of the booked services.  All “no shows” will be charged 100% of the booked services.

Services that book out for an extended amount of time such as straightener’s, extensions, and corrective color require cancellation by 2:00 p.m. two days prior to service and will require a deposit upon booking.  If you do not call to cancel the appointment in the required amount of time you will forfeit your deposit and may be asked to leave a credit card on file to secure all future appointments.

Wedding parties require 14 days’ notice for any cancellations or alterations to the day of services.  If any cancellations or alterations are made after the 14-day window you may be required to forfeit all or part of your deposit.

Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We regret that we do not accept personal checks.

Gratuities

You may add gratuities to credit card payments or provide cash.

Redo Policy

Salon Kelektiv values our client’s satisfaction above all else and we do everything necessary to make sure our clients leave our salon feeling well taken care of and like the very best version of themselves. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can have the opportunity to correct the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on services performed, however we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied.

Returns

Products purchased at Salon Kelektiv can be exchanged or returned for a full refund only if the product is unused and in its original packaging with original receipt and within 30 days of purchase date.  We unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased and used.  If you are unsure about a product, ask one of our staff members about our sampling program.
